TechMasters is seeking a full-time Office Representative.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving service calls via phone and email
- Managing purchase orders, ordering and receiving parts
- Entering service requests and dispatching field technicians according to priority and location
- Coordinate with customers for future service calls
- Preparing invoices once work is complete
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Education: High School or equivalent (preferred)

TechMasters is seeking a full-time Commercial Refrigeration Technician.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Diagnose, estimate repair cost and repair refrigeration equipment
- Professionally communicate with customers explaining the problem and options for repair
- Complete detail oriented paperwork
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm – Occasional pre-determined On Call shifts outside of regular business hours
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills, Ability to lift 50+ pounds, Customer Service Skills
